어제 그 뉴스 봤어?

이 기사 인터넷에서 봤어?

나 어제 오랜만에 신문 봤어.

 

미디어를 통해 뭔가를 본다는 것을 말할 때 사용하는 영어 표현을 알아보자. (출처 : 영어 쉐도잉)

 

1. 뉴스에서  ~을 봤어 

 - I saw in the news that S + V

 - I saw in the TV that ~ , I heard from TV (TV에서 that ~ 를 봤어. 들었어)

 - I saw in the news that China developed a car that ca run on just power generated by the sun. 

   (태양열에 발생된 동력에 의해서만 달릴 수 있는 자동차를 개발했다는 뉴스를 들었어)

 

2. 신문에서 ~ 을 읽었어, 봤어

 - I read in the papaer today that S + V

  (오늘 신문에서... 을 읽었어)

 - I read in the paper today that war began in an African nation after its leader died in a plane crash.

  (한 아프리카 국가에서 지도자가 비행기 추락사고로 사망하자 내전이 일어났다는 이야기를 신문에서 읽었어)

 - I just read an article about (somebody who) ~

   (~에 대한 기사를 읽었다) 

   이때 read는 과거 동사 red. 

 - I just reaad an article about a millionaire who gave all of his wealth to help orphaned kids. 

   (난 방금 고아들을 돕기 위해 자기의 전 재산을 기부한 백만장자에 관한 기사를 읽었어)

 

3. 인터넷에서 ~ 를 봤어

 - found something on the internet.

 - I found instructions on how to become a more pupular and outgoing person on the Internet

  (나는 인터넷에서 어떻게 해야 더 유명해지고 활동적인 사람이 되는지에 대한 설명을 봤어)
